The results showed that the positive and negative electrode materials after crushing and screening, copper & aluminum powder in crushed material which size greater than 0.250 mm is 92.4% in grade,the positive and negative material is 96.6% in crushed material which is less than 0.125 mm, all these can be directly recovered; in particle size of crushed material 0.125~0.250 mm, copper, aluminum is in low grade, and they can be effective separation and recovery from cathode materials by air separation; in air separation process, operation flow rate is 1 m/s, the recovery of copper and aluminum reached 92.3%, grade reach 84.4%.Lithium-ion battery.
